Shipping & Delivery Questions

Do you ship internationally? No. At Aura Tops, we focus 100% of our energy on serving our community within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much do you charge for shipping? We believe in completely transparent pricing, which is why we offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase limits, no hidden handling fees, and zero surprises at checkout.

What is your daily order cut-off time? Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day, while orders received after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will start processing on the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Your order goes through two simple stages before reaching your door:

  • Handling Time: It takes about 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) for us to review your order, run a quick quality check, and package your items.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) for domestic delivery carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL) to deliver your package.
  • Total Wait Time: In total, you can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 13 business days from the day you place your order.

Order Changes & Modifications

Can I change or cancel my delivery address after placing an order? We move pretty fast to get orders out to our fulfillment center! If you notice a typo or an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@auratops.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been officially handed over to the domestic shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery routing or cancel the order.

Where do my fashion pieces ship from? To keep our pricing honest and give you access to premium quality boutique fashion, we operate a streamlined logistics network. We partner directly with curated US-based fashion suppliers and premium inventory managers. Your orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our boutique warehouse networks right here within the United States.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer a straightforward 7-day return window starting from the exact day your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return? Simply drop us an email at support@auratops.com within your 7-day return window. Please include your Order Number and the names of the items you wish to return. Our team will review your request and send you the exact return instructions and the dedicated warehouse address. (Please do not send your package back to the address printed on your original box without contacting us first).

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent the wrong size, wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return costs and send you a prepaid shipping label immediately.

Payment & Security Questions

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment options at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your store? Absolutely. Our online boutique is hosted on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Every transaction is processed through industry-standard SSL encryption, meaning your full credit card data is fully protected and never saved or visible to us.
