Our Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the exact date your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the exact same condition that you received them: unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain seasonal items or intimate apparel may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for voluntary returns.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply follow these easy steps:

Please include your Order Number and a brief mention of the items you wish to return.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, please attach a clear photo of the issue so we can fast-track a free replacement for you.
Once our team reviews your request, we will send you the specific return instructions and the return shipping warehouse address. Please do not send your package back to the address printed on your original shipping label without contacting us first, as our return centers handle sorting separately.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind or Size Issues: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping label costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent the wrong item, wrong size, or if it arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return costs and provide a prepaid shipping label immediately.
The Refund Process
Once your return package reaches our fulfillment facility and passes a quick inspection, we will notify you via email.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Processing Delay: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account statement.

The fastest way to ensure you get the perfect fit or style is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new piece directly on our store.
