At Aura Tops, we want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth and worry-free as possible. Since we focus exclusively on serving our US customers, we’ve put together a clear breakdown of how we handle our shipping, packaging, and deliveries.

Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no handling fees, and absolutely no surprises when you check out.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Your order goes through two simple stages before arriving at your door:

  • Daily Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day, while orders received after 5:00 PM will start processing on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: It takes us about 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to review your order, run a quick quality check, package everything securely, and hand it over to our shipping carriers.
  • Transit Time: Once your package leaves our warehouse network, it generally takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) to reach you. We partner with reliable domestic delivery services including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Total Expected Wait Time: In total, you can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 13 business days from the day you place your order.

Please note: Our fulfillment partners do not ship out packages on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or during major US federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on Friday will start processing on the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your items are on the move, we will send a shipping confirmation email straight to your inbox with a tracking link. It sometimes takes 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking details, so don't worry if it doesn't show up immediately.

Correcting Your Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice a typo or an error in your address, please drop us an email at support@auratops.com within 12 hours. We move pretty fast to get orders out, so once a package is officially handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery routing.

Damaged Packages

We do our absolute best to make sure your fashion pieces arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a quick photo of the box and contact our support team right away. We'll make things right for you as quickly as possible.
